all these images are rich in detail and aesthetically interesting. some make great use of the 'horrible vacuum,' while other satirize freemasonry.
it's historic artwork like this that first got me interested in fine arts (now i know some may say that these are simply paintings produced before what we know as art existed, but poo on the nay sayers) , the vaults of history are stock filled and ready for plundering. having such resources available can drive a man crazy, if he has everything except adequate time. but for those that have time to spare, 'tis time to rejoice
